Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including digging, carrying materials, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in both residential and commercial projects
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
