Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and material setup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic concrete work, framing support, and site preparation
- Participate in team-based construction projects with clear deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and adherence to OSHA standards
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
