Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations and structures
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades professionals
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided)
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong physical stamina and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
