Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Follow detailed construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor in all weather conditions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina to work 8+ hour days in varying weather
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- No experience required – training provided
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we offer free training)
