Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Transport materials using heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers)
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
