Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction equipment (scaffolding, jackhammers, etc.) safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and demolition work
- Complete shift reports and safety documentation
- Collaborate with night crew for project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM-4 AM)
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
