Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, or light equipment
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
