Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10B or OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- No felony convictions within past 5 years
