Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for material calculations
