Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and power equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hats, boots, vests)
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Support various construction tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
