Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) and hand tools safely
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Complete daily safety checklists and report equipment issues
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with residential/commercial projects preferred
