Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, site preparation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers safely
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and assist with framing operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and project managers seamlessly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to ensure efficiency and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong work ethic with punctual, all-weather availability
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Florida residency preferred (not mandatory)
