Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain safe work environments per OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Support various trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
