- Execute site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Assist carpenters/masons with specialized tasks
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety measures

Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 75 lbs consistently
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass background/drug screening
