Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, cable pulling, and fixture installations under close supervision.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are looking for a teachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
