Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
- Adapt to changing project priorities and schedules
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
- Basic construction tools and steel-toed boots
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
