Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
