Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with project execution and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Transport materials and equipment as needed
- Report maintenance issues with tools or equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
