Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and installation
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per project specifications
- Load/unload materials and transport them to designated areas
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic tool knowledge and equipment operation skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
