Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload materials and operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts)
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, pouring concrete, and finishing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and collaborate with project supervisors
- Perform general site maintenance and emergency repairs
- Transport materials via dump trucks or manual handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
