Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with project-specific tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare surfaces, clean debris, and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task completion
- Perform site inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
