Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers to meet nocturnal deadlines
- Perform preventative maintenance on high-voltage equipment
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
- Mentor junior electricians on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years commercial electrical experience
- Proven night shift work history preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with PLC systems
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area electrical codes
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
