Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
