- Load/unload materials and distribute to work areas
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Operate hand/power tools and basic machinery safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Maintain clean and organized work zones
- Complete daily time logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
