Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks at construction sites (digging, lifting, carrying materials)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily time logs and reports
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn
