Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Load/unload trucks and organize construction materials at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
