Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Prepare and clean construction sites daily
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site guidelines
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic math skills for measurements/counts
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
