Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material preparation and installation
- Maintain organized job sites and report equipment/safety concerns
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation accurately
- Participate in team briefings and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
- Comfortable with irregular hours including early mornings and weekends
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
