Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing
- Maintain site safety protocols and equipment
- Complete daily cleanup and debris removal
- Follow supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida conditions
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pass background/drug screening
