Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies as needed
- Complete daily task reports and timecards accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Must be available for early morning start times
