Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and hand tools under qualified supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
- Experience with concrete, framing, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
