Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them as needed
- Perform site cleanup and waste management throughout workday
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Availability for 40+ hours/week with occasional overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
