Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site prep, and equipment operation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and safety inspections at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools (training provided) for excavation, demolition, and framing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work environments
- Support concrete work, carpentry, and specialized construction tasks as needed
- Adapt to diverse projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure
- Complete daily reports and collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
