Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for all construction tasks
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and installations
- Maintain organized job sites and proper waste disposal procedures
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Participate in team huddles and project progress meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not certified)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
