Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction equipment (saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
