Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Assist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Construction experience (1+ years preferred)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
