Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for accurate construction tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding site duties
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions
