Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with project tasks
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic site maintenance and cleanup
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Must own basic work boots (steel-toe required)
