Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform trenching, excavation, and demolition tasks as directed
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
