Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding tasks
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
