Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Clean and organize job sites, debris removal, and waste management
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform physical labor including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and digging
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting 6-8 hours daily
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Punctual with strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Must provide own basic work boots
