Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily timecards and safety checklists
- Participate in team huddles and project briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability (early mornings and weekends)
