Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by site supervisors
- Participate in project-specific construction activities
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- Ability to pass mandatory drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Team-oriented attitude with collaborative mindset
