Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and operating machinery
- Participate in team-based construction projects
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues immediately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team-oriented communication skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites within WA/CA
