Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Prepare surfaces and assist with concrete pouring and framing.
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
