Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow instructions from foremen and site supervisors efficiently.
- Support framing, drywall, or general site cleanup as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid state-issued ID or Driver's License.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
