Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision to support various trade activities.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing trash, debris, and excess materials daily.
- Assisting Trades: Provide general labor support to electricians, carpenters, and plumbers as needed.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance with a commitment to safety protocols.
