Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and general demolition tasks.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Work collaboratively with skilled tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas daily.
- Assist in pouring concrete and laying foundations when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
