Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions precisely.
