Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our projects, ensuring that every job site is safe, clean, and ready for construction. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Work in various weather conditions as required by the project schedule.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
